My banker is buying, it must be a good market

A little word of wisdom, if you are waiting on the sidelines trying to decide whether or not to invest in real estate, now is the time. I just got off the phone with my BANKER. My banker, the guy who is always telling me why a deal isn’t good enough to fund or how we should mover slowly and cautiously. The guy who wants to cut back my credit line just because he has a feeling. The guy who went to “fear mongering” school for bankers. He just called me and said “Edwin, this market is so cheap, I’m thinking about buying a couple of rentals myself, what do you think?”
I think if my banker is buying than it must be a good time to buy.
